Military Coloring Pages

With the building popularity of Love Notes through Military Marriage Day, the program directors at It's a Military Life started discussing the importance of teaching children to express their gratitude towards veterans, service members, and military spouses.

The solution? More coloring pages for military kids!

Coloring is Fundamental

There are a vast number of benefits to coloring pages. For one, coloring is a healthy way to relieve stress - for adults and children. There are no expectations with coloring and you can make every piece whatever fits your imagination. Coloring also helps develop fine motor skills and focus for children. With so many fundamental benefits to coloring, you can easily make it a regular family activity.

Family Fun

Sit down as a family and show your appreciation for our nation's veterans, service members, and military spouses by filling out a letter page, or just enjoy coloring! Keep your coloring page for a military family you know, or let our organization distribute it for you! If you like the idea of seeing your coloring page in action like Flat Stanley, you can mail it to Veteran Pen Pal Project at P.O. Box 80 Coats, NC 27521.

Color for Others

It doesn't cost more than $0.10 to show a veteran, military spouse, or service member that you appreciate them. When you gift a completed coloring page to a military family you're giving them a physical reminder that they can carry with them.. From state to state and base to base. Your 10-minute family activity becomes a life-long feeling of appreciation for a veteran and their family.

Exclusive Coloring Pages

Enjoy these free exclusive coloring pages. These were created as a collaboration between It's a Military Child Life and Veteran Pen Pal Project. As a bonus, EVEN MORE coloring pages are available; visit the It's a Military Child Life page to download them.

Do you want to see that your coloring page is distributed to a veteran, service member, or military spouse? Pop your coloring sheet in with a letter or a card and mail it to the Veteran Pen Pal Project PO Box!
